Dagostino Electronic Services among Pittsburgh's Top Workplaces for 2017
Dagostino Electronic Services has been named one of Pittsburgh's Top Workplaces for 2017 by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

PITTSBURGH — Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc. (DES) has been named one of Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces for 2017 by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
The honor is particularly significant because employees’ survey responses were used to compile the Post-Gazette’s list.
“We always knew we had great employees,” said Chuck Roberts, vice president at Dagostino, “but we are honored that they feel the same way about the company as we feel about them.”
The survey looked at factors to determine how well employees are working together toward a common cause such as company values and alignment, and how employees feel about their overall work and management.
The survey also asked employees about loyalty and motivation in addition to basics like pay, benefits and flexibility.
Ninety Pittsburgh-area employers, DES among them, scored high enough to make the cut.
“We cannot determine our company culture, it is determined by the people we employ,” Roberts said, adding, “It wouldn’t even be possible to be considered for this prestigious award without the passion they bring to work every day.”
DES provides sales, design, installation and maintenance of voice, data, video, security, surveillance, multimedia and structured cabling systems, and is the preferred technology provider of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Representatives from this year’s top workplaces were honored at a reception earlier this month.
