Genetec honors DES for cloud sales achievement

MONTREAL – Dagostino Electronic Services is Genetec’s winner for Cloud Sales Achievement in North America for 2018.

Account Manager Ron Stein accepted the award on behalf of DES at Genetec’s Connect ’19 event in Montreal earlier this month.

The achievement means DES sold more of Genetec’s cloud-based video monitoring solution Stratocast than any other partner in North America.

Genetec Stratocast allows users to view live and recorded video from laptop, tablets and smartphones. The service is easy to install, requires minimal upkeep and helps secure data.

In 2018, the majority of DES Stratocast installations were for medical marijuana customers who must adhere to strict state security guidelines regarding video monitoring and storage.

In recent years, DES has shown its commitment to Genetec’s suite of security solutions and obtained Unified Elite Partner status last year.

Unified Elite partners have proven experience implementing and supporting Genetec’s products and receive additional privileges by successfully completing training classes, providing business strategy updates and demonstrating exceptional business performance.

There are only about 60 Unified Elite partners in the country.
